DETAILS:
We have over 6,500 items to sell at the sale, about a third of which are withdrawn library books. Among the gems in this year's stock of books, CDs, DVDs, periodicals are a complete run of Wired magazine; an eight-volume set of Marxism, Communism and Western Society: A Comparative Encyclopedia (selling online for $150, but book-sale-priced here at $25); and more than 100 record albums including some by Benny Goodman, Eddie Condon, and Fats Waller. Books on business, fiction in English, and sociology are some of our largest subjects for sale. In addition, be sure to look at our African studies section, which contains unique materials on a diversity of topics from the conflict in Darfur to West African wildflowers. Hardcover books cost $3 each; quality paperbacks are $2; and mass market paperbacks are 50 cents each. Don't miss this annual event!
